Barbara (Sweitzer) Wilhelm, 74, of Leechburg went to be with the lord on Thursday, August 17, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born March 10, 1943 and is the daughter of the late William and Bessie (Henry) Sweitzer. Barbara enjoyed listening to music, traveling, buying scratch off tickets, and going to the casino but her true passion was helping people. She devoted her life being a caregiver for others. Barbara was also a member of the Forks Lutheran Church in Gilpin and a Graduate of Ford City High School. She is survived by her daughter Vicki (John) Cravener of North Apollo, a granddaughter Kaitlyn (John) Siverd of Colver PA, three brothers William Sweitzer of Leechburg, Fred (Karen) Sweitzer of Ford City, Robert Sweitzer of Bethel, her long time companion Keith Cramer, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a sister in-law Kathryn Sweitzer and an infant sister Shirley Sweitzer. Family and Friends will be received on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with a service immediately following at 8:00 pm, at The Janette L.
