Barbara L. Kniep, 95, of Apollo, PA, originally from Duluth, went to be with the Lord Thursday October 3, 2019. She was born in Duluth Minnesota on October 13, 1923, the daughter of the Late Charles and Jannett (Smith) Wallace. Barbara was a 1941graduate of Denfeld High School and her last place of employment was as a bookkeeper at Northland Country Club in Duluth. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Cathryn (Robert) Henry of Allegheny Township, PA, a daughter-in-law Carol Kniep of Duluth, her sister Janet Winkler of Duluth, two granddaughters Melissa Peraldo of Indiana, PA and Jennifer Moglia, of Bell Township, PA, three great-grandchildren, Janey and Austin Cessna and Nicholas Moglia, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Charles (Chick) Kniep and two brothers Robert and Theodore Wallace and two infant great-grandsons, Cameron and Ryan Moglia. A private Celebration of Life will take place at Sligo Cemetery with Pastor Myers officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to The Janette L.
