Barry Woods 59 of Parks Township, passed away on Tuesday March 18, surrounded by his family. He was born September 19, 1954 and the son of the late Frederick and (Lempi) Mary (Ojala) Woods. Barry was a lifelong resident of Parks Township and owned and operated Woods Motors on River Road. Our community is at a loss for such a great friend and business owner.     Barry loved the outdoors and being active: hunting, biking, kayaking, working on cars, bowling, and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his children Joshua (Amy) Woods of Pittsburgh, Jessica Woods of New York, and Heather (Woods) Anzaldi; a brother Roger (Linda) Woods of Lower Burrell, two sisters Patty Patsakis of Oakmont and Nancy (Gary) Stiffler of New Kensington; and five nieces and nephews: Michelle, Keith, Peter, Ryan and Julia. Barry had many close friends, especially Andrea Artman who stayed by his side through many tough times. He had a love for life and his laughter and smile will be forever missed.   Friends will be received from 7pm - 9pm on Friday, March 21, 2014 at The Janette L. Gamble Funeral Home Inc, 2842 River Road, Vandergrift with Father James M. Loew, O.S.B. officiating the blessing.
