Chrystal Dawn Fry, 36, went to be with the Lord on May 3, 2021, after a courageous battle against Leukemia. She was born November 12, 1984, in Kittanning, PA, and was the daughter of Donald and Janette Gamble. Chrystal grew up being an athlete, cheering and playing softball, until she graduated from Kiski Area High School. After graduating from the Empire Beauty School, Chrystal dedicated her life to bringing joy to others as a hair dresser. She proudly opened Picture Perfect Hair Studio of Vandergrift where she always brought out the best of everyone and treated them like family. Chrystal enjoyed sharing bonfires, camping, fishing, kayaking, and concerts with family and friends. Taking care of plants and her new puppy, Ruca, brought her so much happiness. She loved her family especially her husband and two babies whom she knew were her life's greatest gifts. Chrystal touched the lives of so many people and her constant fun-loving and positive energy will be missed but never forgotten. She is survived by her two daughters, Priscilla and Penelope, and her loving husband and best friend, Michael Fry of Kepple Hill; her parents, Donald and Janette Gamble of Vandergrift; a sister, Samantha Gamble of DC; a brother, Don (Milena) Gamble of Vandergrift; her in-laws, Diane and Jim Fry of Bell Township; a brother-in-law, Mathew (Jessica) Fry of New Kensington; her maternal grandmother, Helen Reefer of Oklahoma Borough; grandmother-in-law, Irene Moon of North Apollo; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Chrystal is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John and Betty Gamble; maternal grandfather, William Anderson; paternal grandfather in-law, LeRoy Moon; maternal grandparents in-law, Frank and Naomi Fry; and many more loved ones. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, May 8, 2021, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm with a message of prayer by Pastor Lee Rupert and Pastor Rick Gamble at 4:00 pm at The Janette L.
