Obituary

David A. Krajci, 73, of Vandergrift, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026. He was born on October 16, 1952 to the late Andrew W. and Cecelia (Dalka) Krajci.

David graduated from Highlands High School and continued his education at East Stroudsburg University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting. He began his career managing several supermarkets, later owned and operated D&L Distributors and retired as a Realtor at Century 21. David enjoyed attending Amplify Church in Plum. His strong faith in Jesus guided him daily and remained at the center of his life.

David loved music and played bass guitar in several bands. He enjoyed singing, karaoke and was always willing to lend a hand to others. He also loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates as well as working on his '66 Ford Mustang. In addition, he enjoyed writing screenplays and published the novel "Seven Doors".

He cherished time spent with his wife of 43 years, Lori, his three sons and five grandchildren.

David is survived by his loving wife, Lori (Stoeckel) Krajci, of Vandergrift; his sons Brian (Kristina) Krajci and Mathew (Stephanie) Krajci; and his five grandchildren: Cameron, Ella, Maddie, Nash, and Anabel. He is also survived by his brother Andrew M. Krajci, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Krajci.
