David Shaner, 51 of Vandergrift passed away Tuesday December 9, 2014.  He was born February 2, 1963 and the Son of Shirley Shaner of Leechburg and Harold Shaner of Kittanning.  David loved the outdoors going fishing or hunting and was also a member of the Slovak Club of Parks Township.  In addition to his parents David is survived by his two Brothers Leroy and Mark Shaner of Vandergrift, three Sisters Lynnette Smith of Ohio, Rebecca Shaner of Leechburg, and Laura Shaner of Leechburg.  Four Nieces, six Nephews, and thirteen Great Nieces and Nephews.  David is preceded in death by his brother Gregory Shaner and two Nieces Betty and Leah Shaner.   Friends and Family will be received on Thursday December 11, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm with a service on December 12, 2014 at 11:00 am with Pastor Scott Fairman officiating.  Arrangements entrusted to Janette L.
