Dolores "Dee" (Jagodzinski) Tola, 86, of Tarentum passed away peacefully on August 21, 2023. She was born on October 31, 1936, and the daughter of the late Alfonso and Stella (Slomka) Jagodzinski. She attended Leechburg High School. Dee was a dispatcher for Breman Trucking, a housekeeper in Squirrel Hill, and a homemaker for her beautiful family. She enjoyed playing Bingo, trips to the casino, traveling, and gardening, but her true passion was her family. Dee was a member of the Community Life Senior Center and at Saint Gertrude Catholic Church in Vandergrift. She was our superhero and will be missed by her family, friends, neighbors, and her Calico cat, Summer.

Dee is survived by her son, Keith (Melissa) Tola of Hyde Park; her two daughters, Elaine (Chad) Kestner of Freeport and Dawn (David) George of New Kensington; seven grandchildren: Denae, Douglas, Cami, Kamiya. Dustin, Alexis, and CJ Thomas; one great-grandchild on the way; her two sisters, Ella Jean Eye of Ohio and Janet Crosby of Vandergrift; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Dee is preceded in death by her brother, Alfred Jagodzinski and her sister, Connie Sarver.

Family and friends will be received for a visitation on Thursday, August 24, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A service will take place on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11:00 am at The Janette L.
