Eve-Ann
Fry
October 6, 1970 – September 19, 2025
Eve-Ann Fry, 54, of Leechburg, passed away on September 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born October 6, 1970, to Andrew and Marion (Weremeychik) Kuniak, Eve-Ann embodied kindness in every chapter of her life. After graduating from Burrell High School, she went to cosmetology school and began cutting hair, sharing her joy and laughter with everyone she met. While earning her nursing degree at CCAC, she continued styling hair, then went on to care for patients as a registered nurse at Butler Memorial and Allegheny Valley Hospitals.
Retirement brought Eve-Ann her greatest joy of being NaNa to all her grandchildren. She loved every minute with them, dedicating three days each week to her granddaughter Kennedy and filling those afternoons with laughter, hugs, and playful adventures.
Her devotion extended to her parents whom she supported with unwavering love and kindness.
Eve-Ann's home was a joyful haven where her meals united loved ones in smiles, and her backyard pool gleamed with laughter and sunny dips. She and her husband, David, treasured every journey together, and the ocean held a special place in her heart.
She is survived by her husband, David Fry; her children: Nicholas Fry, Jonathon (Lindsay) Fry, Kelsi (Ryan) Moret, and Zachary Fry; her grandchildren: Hunter Fry, Kennedy Moret, and Sutton Fry; her brother, James (Konnie) Kuniac; her nephew and godson, James Kuniak II; and her beloved nieces and nephews.
Eve-Ann was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents; her brothers-in-law: James Fry and Rick Fry; and her nephew, Mathew Fry.
