Jacob Luke Ramer went to be with the lord on September 5, 2017. He was the son of Kevin and Tera (Cravenor) Ramer, and is survived by three sisters Kalyn, Rielan Cravenor, Maeson Ramer, one brother Jace Ramer, Grandparents Donna (Larry) Blystone of Creekside, Donna(Dennis) Ramer of Kittanning, Great grandparents Bonnie Blystone of Home Pa., Verda Wood of Meadville, Mae (William) Ramer of Kittanning, Catherine Blystone, Aunts and Uncles Tammy (Doug) Simulik of Home, Steven(Christina) Dunmire of Ford City, Zach and David Ramer of Kittanning. Forever in my heart, the day will come I know, when all the rain has fallen and the sun begins to show. I'll think of you in all I do. your warmth will touch my face, you'll twinkle in the starlight, and be held with each embrace, so please be not sadden if a tear for you I shed, but we had dreams and wishes that ill safely keep instead, Although it hurts I understand you had somewhere else to be, Our time together has not passed you'll always be with me, In every day and every way you'll always be a part, my precious little angel you'll for ever be in my heart. A Private graveside service will be held, with Pastor Steve Kromer officiating. A memorial luncheon will be held for family and friends, in memory of our sweet little boy, Jacob on September 9, 2017 at 12.00 at the New Hope Church in New Mine.
