Joyce Susan (Lackey) Myers, 80, of Parks Township passed away peacefully on June 23, 2023. She was born on August 8, 1942, and the daughter of the late Paul and Beatrice (Goetz) Lackey. She was a graduate of Knock High School, a member of the First Methodist Church in Vandergrift, and was in Eastern Star. Joyce enjoyed listening to music, traveling adventures, riding motorcycles, boating, and snowmobile riding. She loved being outside playing with her flowers and watching the horses on her farm. She cherished time spent with her family and friends; especially the many hours working along side her husband in their family business, Myers Print Shop. Joyce was the community's favorite Mrs. Claus and will be remembered for her involvement with the community art displays as well as Vandergrift Casino Theater's restoration and the Vandergrift Museum. Joyce was highly respected and loved. She will be missed by her family, friends, and neighbors.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Norman Myers of Parks Township; her son, Paul (Susan) Myers of Parks Township; her two daughters, Sue (Lincoln) Mangus of Parks Township and Cody (Bruce) Huffman of Kiski Township; her brother, Gene Lackey of Spring Church; her two sisters, Alice (Don) Morris of Florida and Dolly (Jerry) McCoy of North Apollo; her five grandsons: Brandon, Ty, Jason, Zachery, and Shane; as well as many nieces and nephews; and her loving caregiver, Melinda Montgomery.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a service immediately following at The Janette L.
