LaRue A. Tarosky, 86, of Apollo, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 3, 2017 in her residence surrounded by her family. She was born September 25, 1930, in Bolivar, Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of the late James and Viola (Boring) Ross. In addition to being a Homemaker, LaRue once was employed by West Havin Nursing Home, The Pants Factory, The Old Mansion, and The Outreach Community Action Program. She was a member of the Church of God in North Apollo. LaRue enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, and spending her time with her children.
Survivors include her son, Mark (Pat) Tarosky of East Vandergrift, seven daughters, Deborah (Paul) Vogel of North Apollo, Cindy (James) Baculik of Freeport, Barbara (Jack) Navaglia of New Kensington, Bonnie (Victor) Conner of Apollo, Tracey (William) Cecconie of East Vandergrift, Teresa Williams of East Vandergrift, Lori (Fred) Spix of Apollo, twenty grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is Preceded in death by her husband Edward Tarosky, a son Samuel Palermo, a granddaughter Debbie Coccaro, a son in law James Williams, two brothers Charles and James Ross, and two Sisters Erma Hilty and Vaida Miller.
