Linda (Bell) Lanning, 74, of Parks Township, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, in the comfort of her home and surrounded by her family. She was born on May 11, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Betty (Ross) Bell. Linda was a graduate of Kiski Area High School Class of 1966. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Linda enjoyed talking on the phone and always cherished her time with her friends and family, especially her loving husband of 55 years. One of her favorite pastimes was listening to music and attending the oldies dances where Tom was the D.J.

Linda is survived by her husband, Thomas Lanning of Parks Township; her son, Thomas (Sherry) Lanning of Parks Township; her daughter, Tracy (Steve) Dixon of Bethel Township; five grandchildren: Tyler (Miriam), Seth, Monica, Adreanna, and Mitchel; two great-grandchildren, Carter and Ellie; her brother, Mark (Sue) Bell of North Apollo; her sister, Bonnie (Ron) Thornton of Lockhaven; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her sister Wanda Hazlett .
