Lois M. Neal 75 of parks Township passed away on Monday November 25th 2013. she was born May 25, 1938, and the daughter of the late Nelli Specht Karabin and her step father Joseph Karabin. She was once employed at Ronicks busing and cleaned houses. lois was a member of the park Township Sportsmans club, she loves playing bingo, watching TV, spending time with her sisters and family. she is survived by three sons William "Skip" Meal 3Rd of New Kensington, Joseph Neal of Baltimore Maryland, Michael "Hoagie" (Peggy) Neal of Leechburg, a grandson William "Billy" Neal the 4th of New Kengsingtin, four sisters Kathy (Robert) Sacco of Brooking, Donna Evans of McKeesport, Sharon Chandler of West Mifflin, Barbara Evans of Port View and a sister in law that resided with her for many years, Carol Neal of Leechburg. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Neal Jr., a granddaughter Melissa Neal, a brother Gary Lanning and a sister a Patty Flynn.Family and Friends will be received for A memorial service on Sunday December 1, 2013 at The Janette L.
