Louis J. "Jim" Scott, 72, of Blackshollow (Apollo, PA), passed away on December 30, 2025. He was born on March 24, 1953, the eldest son of the late Olive P. (Weister) and Louis A. Scott of Blackshollow.

Jim was a graduate of Apollo-Ridge High School and later retired from Allegheny Ludlum. He was happiest outdoors: whether on the mower, in the garden, chopping wood, hunting, loading shells, or cleaning his guns. He especially cherished spending time with his late wife, Sandy, at their camp with "the kids and grandkids." If you didn't already have a nickname, Jim was sure to give you one.

He leaves behind his brother, "Hoot" Dave (Loretta) Scott of Apollo; his daughter, "Plum" Amy (Dave) Fox of Clarksburg, PA; his son, "Cheese" Adam (Julie) Scott of Templeton, PA; and his grandchildren: Aubrey, Marissa, Brennon, Brooklyn, and Asher.

Jim will be most remembered for his mischievous grin and his "up to no good" smile. A special mention goes to his favorite "Warden" and all the staff who loved and cared for him.
