Mary Ellen Whiting, 59, formally of Leechburg passed away December 23, 2014.  She was born February 24, 1955, the daughter of the late Hosea and Bertha (Carter) Nabors. She is survived by three children, one son; Richard (Misty) Whiting Jr. of Allegheny twp., two daughters; Nanette (Tony) Whiting of Arnold, Lee Ann (Barton) Beaver of Waynesboro, two brothers Hosea (Claramarie) Nabors, Raymond "Boo-boo" Nabors, two sisters Betty (Fontaine) Fox of Plum, Naomi Taylor of Hyde Park, four grandchildren; Isaiah, Darian, Destiny, and Marley, extended family Gary Loughner Sr., Chris, Sandy, Jake and Elise Sauer, John Black, Jessica and David, and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a sister Cora Lee Nabors Matz. Mary enjoyed family gatherings and loved spending time with her grandchildren.    A Memorial service will be at six o'clock on Monday December 29, 2014, at The Janette L.
