Nancy Peterman, 62, of Parks Township went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 16, 2016. She was born October 16, 1955, and the daughter of the late Harold and Rose Mary (Machen) George. Nancy was a member of Saint Paul's Highfield Lutheran Church. She loved to collect dolls, bake pies and award winning cookies for the fair. Her favorite pastime was moving furniture, and she enjoyed making others laugh. Nancy was preceded in death by her sister, Sherry Knepshield of Parks Township. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Phillip Peterman; three brothers, Robert (Judy) Machen of Apollo; Harold (Cindy) George of Maryland; Keith (Tracy) George of Parks Township; two sister-in-laws, Susan (Drew) McClellan of Pittsburg; Mary (Dave) Anderson of Avonmore; five brothers-in- law, Monty Knepshield of Parks Township, Richard (Terry) Peterman of Jefferson Hills, Dean Peterman of Butler, Howard (Judy) Peterman of Apollo, and Chester Peterman of Spring Church ;nieces and nephews, Michelle (Eric) Corna, Ryan (Casey) Knepshield, Jamie Rapneth, Steven Calderone, Kelly Goodman, Harold George III, Rosemary George, Elizabeth George, David Elmo, Cynthia Stewart, Howard Peterman, Holly Matsko and Candy and Lisa Anderson; and several great nieces and nephews. Families and Friends will be received at St. Paul's Highfield Lutheran Church, Dime Road Vandergrift, PA 15690 on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 2:00 to 7:00 pm with a service immediately following.
