Raymond Skinner, 91, of Leechburg passed away, November 4, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born on August 4, 1932, and the son of the late Raymond and Dorothy (Klingensmith) Skinner. Raymond graduated from Leechburg Area High School and was employed as an Electrician with ATI Incorporated. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Ray loved the outdoors, hunting, and the warm weather in Florida. His favorite memories came from spending time with his family.

Raymond is survived by his two sons, Kenneth Eugene (Heather) Skinner of Apollo and Michael Craig (Maria) Skinner of Leechburg; his two daughters, Janice Cousins of Leechburg, and Karen Lynn (Edward) Rearigh of Leechburg; eight grandchildren: Johnathon (Kristen), Krysta (Eric), Amanda (Dominic), Travis, Curtis, Kourtney, Mitchel, and Taylor (Matt); eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Raymond is preceded in death by his sister, Sina Jean Shipman and his grandson, Anthony Skinner, great grandson Daxton.
