Richard Charles "Zue" Brown 65 of Vandergrift passed away January 28, 2014.  Richard was born October 29, 1948 and the son of the late Madeline and Ulers Tutchstone.  He was previously employed by Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge.  Zue was well known in Vandergrift and enjoyed walking the streets and spending time with family and friends.  He is survived by two brothers Ulers "Christine" Tutchstone of Vandergrift and William Tutchstone of North Carolina, Two sisters Marlene "Freddie" Light and Francis "Thomas" Arrighton both of Sandusky Ohio.  Richard is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 1, 2014 at 2 p.m. @ The Janette L.
