Robert Aaron Waters, 70, of Vandergrift, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025. He was born on July 27, 1955, in New Castle, PA, the beloved son of the late Aaron and Catherine (Hawkins) Waters. Robert was a proud graduate of Union High School in New Castle. After a long and dedicated career, he retired from Allegheny Ludlum West Leechburg. He loved his family above all else, cherishing every moment spent with his children and grandchildren. Robert also treasured fishing trips to Erie with his lifelong friend "Billy Boy." An avid sports fan, he never missed a chance to root for the Kansas City Chiefs. Robert embraced life wholeheartedly, always making the most of every moment.

Robert is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Wanda (Walker) Waters of Vandergrift; three sons: Aaron Waters of Vandergrift, Durrell Waters of Pittsburgh, and David Walters of Vandergrift; three daughters: Alicia Waters of Pittsburgh, Amanda Waters of Pittsburgh, and Tracey Wiley Thompson; a brother, Calvin (Darcel) Waters of New Castle; a sister, Darlene Waters Evans of Monaca; and three adored grandchildren, Alaric, Akiyah, and Zoie. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry on his memory with love.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Akira.
