Rose Marie Spang Rose Marie Spang, 77, of Vandergrift went to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 28, 2015.  She was born on March 20, 1937, in Vandergrift, the daughter of the late Steven and Sunday (Gengo) Pirhalla.  Rose Marie loved flowers and sitting on her porch.  She also enjoyed bingo, cooking, knitting, and crocheting.  Her favorites times were spent with her children and grand children who will miss her greatly.  Rose Marie is survived by three sons Arthur Spang of North Carolina, Frank (Mersa) Spang of North Carolina, John Spang of Vandergrift, three daughters  Patricia Spang of Vandergrift, Nancy (Verne) Musser of Avonmore, and Tracy (Rob) Boop of Leechburg,  13 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.  One Brother Vince Pirhalla of Vandergrift ,  Three sisters Shirley (Phillip) Shoup of Tionesta, Patricia (Fran) Gray of Florida, Katherine Pirhalla of Vandergrift. a sister in law  Delnora (Boyd) Spang, Margie (Wagner) Rokosky her favorite cousin who was like her sister. She is preceded in Death by her beloved husband Arthur Spang Sr., three brothers Joseph, Steven, and John Pirhalla, one sister Anna Marie Greer.   Friends and family will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2015, at the JANETTE L. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME INC., 2842 River Road, Vandergrift, PA 15690, (724) 567-7006.
