Sandra Marie Caputo, 57, of North Apollo, passed away on January 1, 2026. She was born on July 28, 1968, the daughter of Kitti Wynn of Leechburg and the late Joseph Caputo.

After Sandra earned her GED, she graduated from Tri-C, Cuyahoga Community College, and built a career as a licensed barber. She loved family gatherings, cooking, traveling, riding motorcycles, and kayaking, all of which reflected her adventurous spirit and her deep love for those around her. Later in life, she faced cancer with courage and grace, meeting each challenge with the strength that defined her.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Michael Pettigrew of North Apollo; her son, Collin (Tara) Caputo of Cleveland, Ohio; her sisters, Denise Wynn of Iowa, Tamara Stefanec of Florida, and Michele Caputo of Ohio; her nephew, Harley of California; her six grandchildren: Lucas, Airiella, Aliyha, Gemma, Gavin, and Damon; and many cousins who will hold her memory close.
