Shannon Jean Baldwin Laedlein, 55, of Apollo, PA, passed away on April 5, 2026. She was born on January 15, 1971, to R. Kevin and Andrea (Abraham) Baldwin. Shannon graduated from Kiski Area High School and later continued her education in the nursing field, a path that reflected her naturally caring and compassionate nature. She went on to build a meaningful career as a nurse.

Shannon loved her family deeply, and some of her happiest moments were spent traveling with them. She especially cherished her time in Key West, where the sunshine, ocean air, and easygoing atmosphere matched her warm spirit. Beach trips became a tradition she looked forward to, and she created countless memories on family vacations to Florida, Cancun, and Aruba. Whether she was relaxing in the sand, exploring new places, or simply enjoying the company of the people she loved, Shannon found joy in being together.

Music was another constant in her life. She loved having it playing in the background as she cooked, cleaned, or spent time with her family. But nothing brought her more happiness than her grandsons. Shannon was also a proud and loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan, never missing a chance to root for her team.

Shannon is survived by her father, R. Kevin Baldwin of Spring Church; her mother, Andrea Baldwin of Apollo; her son, Travis Hartill of Apollo; her grandsons, Trey and Troy Hartill; her sister, Erin Baldwin of Apollo; and her nephews, Cody and Ethan; and her niece, Drew.

A private family visitation will be held Friday. April 10, 2026 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., followed by a private service at 6:00 p.m., at the Janette L. Gamble Funeral Home Inc., 2842 River Road, Vandergrift, PA 15690. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Shannon's honor
