Sylvia A. Fouse, 78, of Leechburg passed away on April 30, 2023. She was born on November 21, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Florence (Miller) Blair. Sylvia was a graduate of Vandergrift Area High School's class of 1962. She was employed by the Pentagon and worked with the FBI. She was also a secretary for Westinghouse and Leechburg IGA. Sylvia enjoyed collecting QVC Dolls and being with family and friends, but most of all, she loved traveling with her husband.

Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Brenda Thompson of Apollo; her brother, Larry Blair of Apollo; nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Sylvia is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Fouse and her son, Ronald Fouse.
