Tammy L. Brank Sipe, 51 of West Leechburg passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 29, 2015.  She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Patricia (Morrow) Brank.  Tammy was employed by Stewart Bus Company for several years before retiring to be a full time grandma and care taker for her grandchildren.  She loved spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and working in her garden.  Tammy had a heart of gold and a laugh that will be missed by everyone.  She is survived by her husband of 31 years Howard Sipe of West Leechburg, two children Samuel (Ashley) Sipe of Apollo, Lindsay Sipe of West Leechburg, two grandchildren Samuel and Luke Sipe, two sisters Cindy (Thomas) Gourley of Kiski Township, Debbie (Mark) Magness of Oklahoma Boro, and several nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Patricia Brank. Family and Friends will be received on Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a service at 8:00 p.m. at The Janette L.
