Victoria Morlacci, 69, passed away peacefully January 16, 2017 with her family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.  Vicki was born October 6, 1947, the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Sobey) Skrot Sr.  She was a member of  Our Lady Queen of Peace in East Vandergrift and was employed at The Central Blood Bank and worked with Dr. Malik in Apollo before retiring in 2006. Vicki loved to do wood working, attending yard sales, and antique collecting.  As well as spending time at camp in Tionesta. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family, especially grandchildren. She is survived by her children Robert and Kimberly Morlacci of Washington Township, Joseph and Colleen Morlacci of Allegheny Township and Jacquelynn and Ed Wilmot of Bell Township. She leaves behind six grandchildren, Samantha, Camrynn, Enzo, Taylor, Cassie, and Joseph II; her companion and soul mate James Clinger of Apollo, two brothers Ed and Nancy Skrot of Avonmore and Mike and Gloria Skrot of East Vandergrift; three sisters Helen and Cornel Kvartek of Bentleyville, Maryann Komiskey of Wisconsin, and Pat and Raymond Ausk of Gilpin Township; numerous nieces, nephews, and her puppy Abby. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters Eleanor Painter, Blanch Pityk, and Dottie Zett and one brother George Skrot.
