Walter L. Kulczycki, 97, of Vandergrift, passed away on April 2, 2026. Born on July 9, 1928, he was the son of the late Anthony and Stephia Kulczycki.

After graduating from Vandergrift High School, Walter proudly served in the United States Air Force. He later worked as a purchasing agent at PPG. He found great joy in the outdoors and loved golfing, fishing, and even simple trips to the grocery store. He cherished family vacations and treasured every moment spent with his son and grandson.

Walter is survived by his son, Gregory (Angela) Kulczycki of Vandergrift; his beloved grandson, Noah Kulczycki; his sisters‑in‑law: Virginia Silvestri, Amelia Stear, and Lucille Blanciak; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Eleanor (Blanciak) Kulczycki; his brother, John Kulczycki; and his sister, Delores Amendola.

A private blessing service will be held with Father John Euker officiating at the Janette L. Gamble Funeral Home Inc., 2842 River Road, Vandergrift, PA 15690. Burial will take place at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, with the Vandergrift Honor Guard providing full military honors.
