William Vincent Atkinson Jr. 66, of Vandergrift went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 16, 2015.  William was born May 21, 1948 and the Son of the late William and Emily Atkinson.  William is a Veteran of the United States Army and was once employed by U.S. Steel and the V.A. Hospital.  He was also a member of  the Polish Club, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.  His favorite past time was always spending time with his family and friends.  He is survived by his wife of 44 years Francis Atkinson of Vandergrift, his son William Atkinson of Vandergrift, and his daughter Jill King of Apollo, five Grandchildren Ryan, Serenity, Savanna, Dylan, and Billy, one Brother James (Barb) Atkinson of Brookville, three Sisters Donna Osthoff of New Kensington, Maurine (Pete) Trgovic of Florida, and Judy (Mark) O'Donnell of Florida. Family and Friends will be received for a memorial service on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. with a service at 6:00 p.m. at the Janette L.
