Obituary

William Leonard Wesoloski, 91, of Bell Township went to be with the Lord on July 13, 2020. He was born on May 23, 1929, and the son of the late John and Victoria Wesoloski. Bill was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from Alcoa and drove a school bus for many years. Bill was a life member of the American Legion, Veterans in New Kensington. He enjoyed mowing grass at the lake and spending time with his family. Bill had a gentle soul and a kind word for everyone. He is survived by two step sons, John (Katie) Wiser of Bell township and David (Lou) Wiser of Pittsburgh; a step-daughter, Rose Hatadis of Wyoming; a brother, Charles Wesoloski; grandchildren: Nicholas, Eric, Miguel, Twyla, Crystal, Jamie, Shawn, Janelle, Jeremy, and Ashley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (German) Wesoloski; two brothers; a step-daughter, Joyce Khan; and a grandson, Jesus. Friends and Family will be received on Saturday, July 18, 2020, at 9 am with a service at 10 am at the Janette L. Gamble Funeral Home Inc. Interment will be at the Greenwood Memorial Cemetery in Lower Burrell with full Military Honors with the Vandergrift Honor Guard. Pastor Rick Shaffer will be officiating.
